General Contacts Overview
Weldcome, in this video tutorial we will be learning a little more about the functionality in the CRM, including the various modules available. The CRM is structured with dozens of different modules. The three main modules are the Contacts Module, the Companies Module and the Projects Module. To avoid confusion, Deals are referred to as Projects so as not to confuse users with the Deals area in the publicly-facing and sharing DealMachine.

Contacts and Companies are similar to one another. Keep in mind the contacts and companies modules can not only be related to one another with “relationships” in the CRM, but the main dashboard of all three modules is similar enough that you should be able to easily use some of the skills gleaned in this tutorial on some of the other modules within the system as you are working your deals.
