Victor Koosh is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors and brings over 35 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience to his role. As a former founder who has built and sold multiple companies, Victor understands firsthand the challenges that business owners face. His approach to advising clients is rooted in empathy, creativity, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-rounded solutions.
Victor served as CEO of Caesar Systems–PetroVR, an oil and gas software firm later acquired by Aucerna. He also co-founded and led Meedio, a leading digital lifestyle software company that was acquired by Yahoo! in 2006. With more than two decades of experience in the software industry, Victor offers a deep understanding of the needs and complexities facing technology-driven businesses.
He is known for promoting simplicity in decision-making and fostering collaboration to uncover innovative paths forward. Fluent in Russian, Spanish, and German, Victor brings a global perspective to his work. He serves on the board of Native American Jump Start, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting indigenous communities.
Victor studied Business Administration at the University of Houston. His leadership and community involvement have been recognized with several honors, including the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award, the Centurion Award, and the Silver Beaver Award.
