Our internship offers a fast-paced, immersive experience that requires commitment, discipline, and attention to detail.

Above all, a genuine interest in the investment banking industry and a deep respect for our internal processes are the most important indicators of success. Interns who are curious, driven, and eager to contribute tend to thrive in our environment.

Summer Internships

  • Corporate valuation
  • Deal origination
  • Pitch deck creation

Interns will gain meaningful exposure to the inner workings of complex transactions and learn directly from experienced professionals. The program is structured to offer real-world experience and valuable insights into the dynamic world of investment banking.

Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to work on deals across a wide range of industries—including real estate, oil & gas, software and technology, manufacturing, mining, financial services, consumer products, and retail—offering diverse exposure that serves as a strong foundation for a long-term career in investment banking or private capital advisory.

Meaningful, Hands-On Experience

Interns at InvestmentBank.com work closely with Directors and Managing Directors on a variety of transactions, including recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale sell-side mandates. These close working relationships offer invaluable mentorship and guidance, as senior professionals serve not only as instructors but also as trusted advisors throughout the internship experience.

Interns are placed directly on client deal teams and given active roles, ensuring hands-on exposure to live transactions. Each analyst or associate intern is assigned to specific teams with a focus on a target market or industry segment. This targeted approach allows interns to gain deep insights and build expertise within a particular niche, ultimately strengthening their technical and market proficiency.

Typical responsibilities for analyst interns include supporting deal teams with data collection, financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, drafting research reports, and assisting in the preparation of client materials. Interns are equipped with a wide range of resources—including case studies, training materials, and one-on-one support—to help them succeed in their roles.

Ongoing performance evaluations are conducted to provide constructive feedback, enabling interns to track their progress and continuously improve throughout the duration of the program. This combination of responsibility, support, and professional development makes the internship a truly meaningful and career-defining experience.

Flex Internships

In addition to our full-time, on-site internship opportunities, we offer flexible internship options for candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude, work ethic, and relevant skills but may require a more adaptable work schedule. These roles are ideal for individuals balancing academic, professional, or personal commitments.

Flex interns typically work remotely and are assigned to specific projects on a case-by-case basis. While these positions may not offer the same breadth of exposure as our in-person programs, they still provide valuable insight into the processes, workflows, and core functions of investment banking.

Participants in the Flex Internship Program gain practical experience while enjoying the flexibility to manage their own schedules—making it a strong option for motivated individuals seeking meaningful involvement in the industry without the constraints of a traditional internship.
